1. When will my order ship?

We process and ship orders from multiple warehouses as soon as they’re confirmed. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons, please allow a couple of extra days.


2. How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 4–8 business days (often sooner!)
  • International Orders: 14–27 business days
    Note: Unexpected delays (like weather, customs, or shipping service disruptions) can occasionally occur.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipping status here.


4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping. Please note that delivery may take up to 27 business days depending on location.


5. Will I have to pay customs or taxes?

Possibly. Wicked Wild is not responsible for customs duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed during or after shipping. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs, we’ll refund the product cost, but not the shipping charges.


6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Start your return by emailing WickedWildShop@gmail.com or using our Contact Us page.


7. What items are non-returnable?

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Personal care products
  • Flammable or hazardous materials
    If you’re unsure, just ask!

8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery at WickedWildShop@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement right away.


9. Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.


10. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund your original payment method. Banks and card processors may take a few days to post the refund to your account.
